Tifa Foundation, a national foundation that aims to realise an open society committed to diversity, equality, and justice, is seeking firms or consortium teams to submit proposals to conduct the Endline/Final Evaluation of the transitional justice project titled “Rebuilding Hope in the Twilight” (2023– March 2026). The consortium seeks a technically rigorous, politically sensitive, and methodologically sophisticated evaluation team capable of producing bilingual, publication-quality outputs.
This evaluation will assess the full program cycle, examining performance, contribution, impact, sustainability, and strategic learning. The evaluation is expected to generate credible evidence, analytical clarity, and practical recommendations grounded in systematic inquiry and responsible engagement.
Prospective applicants are invited to submit a complete proposal package consisting of a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal, along with all required supporting documents.
