The consortium of the Jurnalisme Aman (JA) Programme, comprising Yayasan Tifa, Human Rights Working Group (HRWG), and Perhimpunan Pengembangan Media Nusantara (PPMN), invites qualified individual consultants, firms, or consortium teams to submit proposals to conduct the Endline/Final Evaluation of the JA Program (2022–2025). The consortium seeks a technically rigorous, politically sensitive, and methodologically sophisticated evaluation team capable of producing bilingual, publication-quality outputs.
This evaluation will assess the full program cycle, examining performance, contribution, impact, sustainability, and strategic learning. The evaluation is expected to generate credible evidence, analytical clarity, and practical recommendations grounded in systematic inquiry and responsible engagement.
Prospective applicants are invited to submit a complete proposal package consisting of a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal, along with all required supporting documents.
