The Tifa Foundation is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a mid-term evaluation of our knowledge and capacity-building initiatives and best practices aimed at fostering safe environments for journalism and empowering journalists.

REQUIRED SERVICES
For a comprehensive overview of the required services, consultant qualifications, and project timeline, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

BUDGET
We have allocated a total budget of IDR 100 million for this service, covering the consultant’s compensation and the implementation of the evaluation strategy.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
To submit your proposal, interested evaluators are kindly requested to forward their CV/resume, which should include a summary of relevant experience and activities, along with a cover letter. The proposal should include a work plan and a detailed budget. Please also provide references.
