The Tifa Foundation is seeking a consultant (individual or team) to conduct a baseline study on the current state of artificial intelligence (AI) use in the delivery of public services in Indonesia, the impacts of its use, the risks to users of public services, and its governance.

REQUIRED SERVICES
Details regarding the required services , consultant criteria, and project timeline can be found in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

BUDGET The honorarium for the consultant or consulting team available for this activity ranges from IDR 45,000,000 to IDR 75,000,000, depending on the consultant’s qualifications, approach, and work plan. The Tifa Foundation will cover the costs associated with conducting interviews and focus group discussions.
