The Tifa Foundation was established with the aim of promoting an open society and striving to strengthen the role of civil society in strategic issues. Through its various initiatives and programs, the Tifa Foundation strives to create positive and sustainable change in Indonesian society, with a focus on democracy, respect for human rights—including digital rights within accountable data and digital governance—improving governance, and supporting environmental sustainability and justice.

To support the well-being of Tifa employees, the Foundation provides private health insurance that covers employees’ medical expenses for outpatient care, inpatient care, and dental care.

In light of this need, the Tifa Foundation is issuing an open call for proposals that can provide health coverage in line with Tifa’s needs and funding.

Coverage 1. Coverage includes inpatient care, outpatient care, and dental care.
2. Participants include Tifa employees and their immediate family members (spouses and children), for a total of 46 participants.

Term of the Agreement
The agreement with the vendor will be in effect for 1 (one) year, with the possibility of extension depending on the vendor’s performance.
